How to Deliver More Emails to Inboxes

This article talks about the Email Warming feature on Salesgear that allows you to deliver more emails to prospects' inboxes.

Email warming builds a positive sending reputation before you launch cold outreach — Salesgear's built-in Email Warming feature handles this for you.

👉 Enable warming (OAuth)

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts. Inboxes with warming enabled show a green indicator.

  2. Click Enable Warming on the inbox (or open it and use the toggle).

  3. Choose OAuth (recommended), click Next, then log in and select the account.

👉 Enable warming (App Password)

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Enable Warming on the inbox.

  2. Select Option 2: App Password.

  3. In Gmail settings, open Forwarding and POP/IMAP, enable IMAP access, and save.

  4. Click Proceed and enable 2-step verification (contact your domain admin if you don't see this option on G Suite).

  5. Paste the 16-character app password generated, then click Connect.

👉 Warming settings

The Warming tab shows deliverability (percentage landing in the inbox) and a Health Score, plus these controls:

  • Daily warmup limit — warmup emails sent per day (recommended: 20–40)

  • Emails per day — starting volume for the campaign (recommended: 1–4)

  • Reply rate — percentage of warmup emails the system replies to

  • Weekday-only sending and human-like behavior toggles

📌 Warming is a continuous practice, not a one-time setup — keep it running even while your outreach campaigns are live. Skipping it risks high complaint rates and provider blacklisting.
