Email warming is one of the best practices before starting a cold email campaign. Your email address should be fit to send cold emails to cold prospects and by warming up the email address, you ensure that your email has gained a positive reputation.

Email Service Providers these days look at the number of emails going out. So it is imperative for you to increase the number gradually. Email Open rates and replies are the major results everyone looks at. Email warming helps you take care of this all, without getting your hands dirty.
