Filter Your Outbox Email in Salesgear

The intent of this article is to discuss what are the filters available in Outbox and how you can use them.

Outbox emails can be filtered by 8 criteria, let’s look at each of them individually

1. Owner - You can filter the emails scheduled in the Outbox by the Owners of the contacts

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on the Owner

C. Select the Owner from the drop-down

D. Click on Apply Filter.

2. From Address - If you have multiple inboxes connected, and you want to see the emails that are going out from one particular email address you can do so by filtering them on the basis of ‘From Address’

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on From Address.

C. Choose the email id.

D. Click on Apply Filter

3. To Address - Salesgear also allows you to filter the emails that are scheduled for a particular contact. You can filter the Outbox emails based on the recipient’s address.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on To Address.

C. Type the ‘to/cc/bcc’ email id.

D. Click on Apply Filter.

4. Sequences - Let’s say you want to filter the emails that are going/have gone out from one specific sequence. Now, you can use the Sequences filter in Outbox to do so.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on Sequence.

C. Choose the Sequence(s) from the drop-down.

D. Click on Apply Filter

Note - You can add multiple sequences to this filter using ‘AND’ logic.

5. Email Type - Since Salesgear allows user to send 3 types of emails (Auto, Manual and One-off), now you can also filter them using that criteria on Outbox.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on Email Type.

C. Choose the type of email from the drop-down.

D. Click on Apply Filter

Note - You can add multiple types of emails to this filter using ‘AND’ logic.

6. Date Type - Date type filters in Outbox allow you to filter the scheduled emails based on the Scheduled date, Delivered date, Opened, Replied on, etc.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on the Date type.

C. Choose the criteria from the drop-down.

D. Click on Apply Filter.

Note - You can add multiple dates to the Failed Criteria using ‘AND’

7. Tags - While uploading contacts to Salesgear, you can add tags for your reference. And the same contacts can be filtered in the Outbox section.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on Tags.

C. You can type the Tags or choose the Tags from the drop-down.

D. Click on Apply Filter.

8. Contacts Lists - Contacts can be added to lists within Salesgear, they can also be filtered using this criteria in the Outbox section.

A. Go to Filters.

B. Click on Contact Lists.

C. Choose the ‘List’ from the drop-down.

D. Click on Apply Filter.

Note - You can select multiple lists using ‘AND’
