Before getting started, let’s see how to navigate to Step-level metrics. Let’s assume you’re on the home page:
Enter into the Sequences section
Click on the sequence you want reports from
Enter into Contacts
Click on the Step-level metrics icon in the right corner.
Now you can see micro-level numbers of your email campaigns. You can see the numbers for each step on the right. The user can navigate to each step on the right-side panel and look at the open rates, click-through rates, etc. closely.

Point to remember:
You may see a few numbers on top of each step in the sequence, when you click on them the filter is applied directly to the contacts. It is a shortcut to step-level metrics as well.
