How people can access & book meetings on your Salesgear calendar?

This article explains how anyone can book a meeting on your calendar via your Salesgear public calendar.

  1. Connect your Google/Microsoft account to integrate your calendar with Salesgear.

  2. Once your calendar is connected with Salesgear, you will have your own public calendar link for other people to access & schedule meetings.

    1. Navigate to settings → calendar → you will find the calendar link on the top right corner.

  3. You can include this link in your sequence emails for your contacts to book meetings.

  4. When the contact navigates to the public calendar link (example: https://calendar.salesgear.io/lakshmi-salesgear), they will view the list of meeting events that the Salesgear user created.

  5. The contact will then select an event, date, and a time slot available and click ‘next’.

  6. Here, the contact will give their name, email address, add any guests if they want, and description about the meeting.

  7. Once the required information is added, they can click on ‘book meeting’.

  8. The contact, Salesgear user, and the guests included will receive an invite.

Notes:

  • Once a contact books a meeting on your calendar -

    • the respective sequence in Salesgear for this contact will be stopped automatically.

    • the contact’s stage will be marked as ‘meeting booked’
