This article explains how to create meeting events in Salesgear for your public calendar.
Navigate to settings → Calendar events.
Click on ‘create event’ in the top right.
Provide the following information -
Event name - name of the meeting type
Meeting duration
Set reminder before - Salesgear will remind you “x” minutes before the meeting starts.
Timezone
No. of available days for meeting - indicates the range of dates into the future when you can accept meetings.
Video conferencing link - include an external meeting link like Zoom if you are using other platforms for these meetings.
Set your meeting availability for this event -
Working hours - set a specific time to let your prospects book meetings only during this time frame.
Add buffer time before or after your events - include break time between your sessions to prevent contacts from scheduling back-to-back meetings.
Invitees can’t schedule before - specify the minimum amount of time in advance that a contact can book a meeting.
Click ‘Save’.
The event will be created successfully and will be visible on your public calendar for contacts to book more meetings.
Notes:
There should be at least one meeting event always available on your calendar for contacts to schedule.
You should have your Google/Microsoft inbox connected with Salesgear to integrate the calendar of the respective account.
