The sight of hundreds of tasks when you only need to complete a few for the day can be overwhelming, especially when you can't seem to find them in the pile of tasks.
Fortunately, task filters are here to the rescue!
Here’s how you can use filters to get the right list of tasks and execute them easily -
Navigate to the tasks section.
Click the filter icon available on the top right.
You will find the following filters -
Sequences - filter by sequences for which you want to execute the tasks.
Tags - filter by tags of the contacts
Contact fields - filters by contact fields such as first name, last name, company, etc. and other custom fields.
Contact stages - this filters tasks based on the current stage of the contacts.
Select the applicable filters.
Click ‘Apply filter’.
You will find a list of tasks based on the filters. You can now go ahead and execute them.
