You can update contact’s stage in two ways -
Manually for individual contacts
Automatically using contact stage rules (Coming soon)
Here’s how you can update contact stage manually -
Navigate to the contacts page.
Click on the ‘more options’ icon for the contact that you want to update the stage.
Hover over the ‘Update stage’ option.
You will find a list of contact stages that you configured in settings → contact stages.
Select the appropriate stage to update for the contact.
The contact stage will be updated successfully.
