Salesgear lets you manage ongoing conversations without switching tools. You can reply, reply-all, or forward emails directly from a contact’s activity timeline.
This ensures:
All communication stays logged
Team members have full context
Follow-ups are easy to track
How to reply or forward an email
Go to the Contacts section
Open the contact
Click View activity in the side panel
Select the email you want to respond to
Click Reply, Reply all, or Forward
Write your message and click Send
The response is automatically recorded in the contact’s timeline and all emails are logged in the inbox section.
