Intent of the article -
The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of replying/forwarding emails from Salesgear.
You can reply, reply all, and forward emails from a contact’s timeline. Here’s how you do it -
Navigate to the ‘contacts’ section.
Click on the contact to whom you want to send a reply/forward an email.
You will find the contact’s side panel opening. Click on ‘View activity’ in the side panel.
You will find a list of activities performed for the contact. Click on the email for which you want to reply/forward.
In the email editor, click ‘reply’ or ‘reply to all’ or ‘forward’.
Type the message and click ‘Send’.
