Credits in Salesgear allow you to access and enrich contact information seamlessly. This article explains how credits work and how they are deducted when purchasing or enriching contact details.
👉 How credits are used
1️⃣ Purchasing Contact Information
Each time you purchase an email address or phone number from the Discover section, one email credit or one phone credit is deducted.
2️⃣ Enriching Contact Details
If you’ve uploaded a list of contacts but don’t have their emails or phone numbers, you can enrich them using credits:
Go to the Contacts tab.
Select the contacts you want to enrich.
Click Enrich Emails or Enrich Phone Numbers.
One email or phone credit will be deducted for each enriched contact.
👉 Tracking Your Credits
The Credits Overview is displayed across Salesgear, showing:
Credits used and remaining balance.
Daily limit reset time (if applicable).
For a detailed breakdown, visit the Credits History section to view your credit renewal date.
👉Credit Limits Based on Your Plan
Credit limits vary by subscription plan.
Some plans may have daily limits, while higher-tier plans may offer monthly or annual credit allocations without daily restrictions.
