This article explains how email and phone number credits work in Salesgear.
Every Salesgear admin will have a ‘credit usage’ section in settings to track the number of email/ phone number credits being used & number of credits remaining.
Go to ‘settings’ → under ‘account settings’, you’ll find ‘credit usage’.
Here, you’ll find the following metrics -
Email credits
Credits/month
Credits/month remaining
Credits/day
Credits/day remaining
Phone number credits
Credits/month
Credits/month remaining
Every time you purchase emails/phone numbers, you can track the respective number of credits being deducted from this section.
