Intent of the article -

This article explains how email and phone number credits work in Salesgear.

Every Salesgear admin will have a ‘credit usage’ section in settings to track the number of email/ phone number credits being used & number of credits remaining.

  1. Go to ‘settings’ → under ‘account settings’, you’ll find ‘credit usage’.

  2. Here, you’ll find the following metrics -

    1. Email credits

      1. Credits/month

      2. Credits/month remaining

      3. Credits/day

      4. Credits/day remaining

    2. Phone number credits

      1. Credits/month

      2. Credits/month remaining

  3. Every time you purchase emails/phone numbers, you can track the respective number of credits being deducted from this section.
