Intent of the article -

This article explains how to manage and handle lists in Salesgear.

You can access all the created lists in the contacts section.

  1. Go to the ‘contacts’ section.

  2. You will notice a ‘list’ filter on the left top of this screen.

  3. Click on that to view a drop down of all created lists. Select a list from here.

  4. All the contacts of the selected list will be displayed.

    1. Please note that there will be a list named "All" available by default where you can find all the contacts (from all other lists you created) together here.

  5. From here, you can perform the following actions to these contacts in bulk -

    1. Add to sequence

    2. Create tasks

    3. Export as CSV

    4. Add tags

    5. Remove tags

    6. Delete

  6. You can also perform the following actions for individual contacts -

    1. Edit contact

    2. Make a call to a contact

    3. Delete

    4. Opt-out
