Managing lists lets you take bulk actions on a predefined group of contacts without rebuilding filters each time.
From a list, you can:
Add contacts to sequences
Create tasks
Export contacts
Add/remove tags
Remove contacts from the list
Delete contacts (if needed)

Go to Contacts
Use the List dropdown (top-left)
Select a list
Perform bulk or individual actions

Open the list
Select contacts
Click More Options (⋮)
Click Remove from List
