Intent of the article:
This article explains how to sync leads from Salesforce to Salesgear and vice versa.
Go to settings → integrations → Salesforce. If you haven’t integrated Salesgear with Salesforce, check out this article.
Navigate to the ‘leads’ tab.
In the leads tab, set specific conditions based on which you want to sync leads from Salesforce.
Enable polling and enter your suitable time so that Salesgear can periodically check the CRM for new leads. By default, Salesgear will sync leads from Salesforce for every 10 minutes.
You can also enable ‘update contacts’ toggle to update the existing contacts in Salesgear.
Once you enable your preferred options, click on ‘sync now’.
Note: You must click on ‘sync now’ when you are syncing the data for the first time. Salesgear will take care of all the future syncing based on the time interval you mentioned in polling.
7. Choose the required sync direction for field mapping.
8. Click ‘save changes’.
Points to remember -
