This article explains all about Salesgear dashboard.
Dashboard is the centralized space in Salesgear to view the entire team's activities. This provides transparency into essential outreach metrics and thus, enabling you and your team to perform better in the future.
To access the dashboard, click on the 'home' button available in the left vertical navigation bar.
The bar graph on the top describes the overall activity done by your team. These activities include - emails sent, replied, calls made, calls connected, tasks done, and contacts added. You can filter this data based on your preferred dates -
Last week
Yesterday
Today
This month
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
2. You can also filter data on the dashboard using team members active on your Salesgear account and teams. Click on the 'Everyone' filter on the top right and select members/ teams appropriately to view the desired data.
3. Right below the bar graph of activities, you will find the tasks due for your contacts. Here, you can filter them based on the type of task - LinkedIn, Manual email, Phone call, Custom task.
4. On the right side, you will notice the live feed where you get instant updates of email opens, replies, clicks, and bounces. You can filter this information by their type - not opened, opens, clicks, replied, bounced, and opted out.
