Dashboard: Build Your Own View with Widgets

Written by Premsanth Rajamani

Dashboard is fully customizable — build your own view by adding widgets from a library, and keep multiple dashboards for different purposes (e.g. a team overview, an SDR standup).

👉 Create a dashboard

Click Create new dashboard at the top and give it a name (e.g. "SDR standup"). Switch between dashboards using the tabs at the top; rename or delete a dashboard from the same menu.

👉 Add a widget

  1. Click Add a widget.

  2. Search, or filter by category: Email, Calls, LinkedIn, Tasks, Overview, or Contacts.

  3. Click a widget to add it. If you're an admin, you'll first choose who the widget's data covers — Everyone, specific Members, or specific Teams.

Each widget runs its own query, so adding more widgets doesn't slow down the ones already on your dashboard.

👉 Customize a widget

Open a widget's menu to:

  • Change its audience (who the data covers)

  • Change its visualization — Line chart, Bar chart, or KPI (a single numeric summary)

  • Toggle a member-by-member breakdown

  • Pin it to keep it at the top

  • Remove it

Drag a widget by its handle to reorder your dashboard.

👉 Filter by date

Every dashboard can be filtered by date range, including a custom range, so you can review a specific period or track trends over time.
