What emails were sent/opened/replied?

What tasks were completed or skipped?
How did the sequence progress?
This is critical for teams so outreach stays coordinated and consistent.
What shows up in the timeline
Email activity: sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, opted out
Calls: dialed, logged, outcomes, notes
Tasks: created, completed, skipped
Notes: added/updated
Sequence events: added, paused, resumed, completed, stage changes

Go to Contacts
Click the contact name (opens side panel)
Click View Activity
Review the chronological timeline
