View All Activities for a Contact (Contact Timeline)

Contact Timeline is the audit trail for a contact. It answers:

  • What happened with this prospect?

  • Who contacted them last?

  • What emails were sent/opened/replied?

  • What calls were made and what was the outcome?

  • What tasks were completed or skipped?

  • How did the sequence progress?

This is critical for teams so outreach stays coordinated and consistent.

What shows up in the timeline

  • Email activity: sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, opted out

  • Calls: dialed, logged, outcomes, notes

  • Tasks: created, completed, skipped

  • Notes: added/updated

  • Sequence events: added, paused, resumed, completed, stage changes

Step-by-step: View a contact timeline

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Click the contact name (opens side panel)

  3. Click View Activity

  4. Review the chronological timeline
