View a Contact’s Details (Side Panel)

The Contact Side Panel is your quick context view. It helps you make decisions without opening multiple pages:

  • Who is this contact?

  • What’s been sent already?

  • Are they active in any sequences?

  • What tasks are due?

  • Do we have email/phone?

  • Who owns this contact?

This reduces “context switching” and helps teams avoid duplicate outreach.

What you can do from the Side Panel

From the panel you can:

  • Add the contact to a sequence

  • Create a task

  • Call the contact (if number exists + dialer is enabled)

Step-by-step: Open the contact side panel

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Click on a contact name

  3. The side panel opens on the right
