The Contact Side Panel is your quick context view. It helps you make decisions without opening multiple pages:
Who is this contact?
What’s been sent already?
Are they active in any sequences?
What tasks are due?
Do we have email/phone?
Who owns this contact?
This reduces “context switching” and helps teams avoid duplicate outreach.
What you can do from the Side Panel
From the panel you can:
Add the contact to a sequence
Create a task
Call the contact (if number exists + dialer is enabled)
Step-by-step: Open the contact side panel
Go to Contacts
Click on a contact name
The side panel opens on the right
