Remove Tags from Contacts (Bulk)

What this feature does (and why it matters)

Removing tags helps you keep segmentation clean as contacts move through stages (e.g., from “New Lead” → “Contacted” → “Qualified”). It prevents outdated targeting and improves list accuracy.

Step-by-step: Remove tags in bulk

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Select contacts using checkboxes

  3. Click Options (⋮) in the top action bar

  4. Click Remove Tags

  5. Enter/select the tags you want removed

  6. Click Update

Note: Bulk updates for 100+ contacts may take a few minutes.
