Write Better Emails with Salesgear’s AI Writing Assistant

Salesgear’s AI Writing Assistant helps you improve email quality without slowing you down. It works directly inside the email editor, allowing you to rewrite email content and generate subject lines based on what you’ve written.

You can use the Writing Assistant anywhere you see an email editor in Salesgear — automated emails, manual emails, and email templates.


Rewrite email content with AI

Rewriting emails manually takes time and breaks your flow. With the Writing Assistant, you can instantly generate multiple improved versions of your original email and choose the one that fits your style.

How it works

  1. Write your email content in the editor.

  2. Click the Salesgear Writing Assistant icon (purple) at the bottom-right of the editor.

  3. Select Rewrite with AI.

  4. The assistant generates the first rewritten version.

  5. Click on a version to preview it.

  6. Choose:

    • Insert to replace the email content

    • Copy to use it elsewhere

  7. Click Generate new version to see additional variations.

You can repeat this until you find a version you’re comfortable sending.


Generate subject lines with AI

Subject lines decide whether your email gets opened. Salesgear’s AI subject line generator suggests subject lines based on your email content, helping you improve open rates without guesswork.

How it works

  1. Write your email content in the editor.

  2. Click the Salesgear Writing Assistant icon.

  3. Select Generate subject line.

  4. Choose a subject line from the suggested options.

  5. Click Reload to generate a fresh set of subject lines if needed.

The selected subject line is automatically added to your email.
