Many businesses use email as their first line of communication with customers. So, it’s pretty essential to nail your messaging as every single word in the email has a direct impact on customers.

Due to this, as a salesperson, you are always under pressure to write the perfect email to impress your target audience. In this quest to find the perfect email, you just end up ruining your productivity.

Not to worry anymore! Introducing the new feature of Salesgear Writing Assistant - ‘rewrite with AI’ to help you write the best emails that will get better response rates.

With this feature, you can generate multiple versions of your original email and choose the best one that you prefer. You can use the writing assistant wherever you find an email editor in Salesgear - automated emails, manual emails, email templates.

Here’s how you can use it -

  1. After typing your email content, click on the Salesgear Writing Assistant (a purple icon) in the bottom right corner of the editor.

  2. Click on “Rewrite with AI”.

  3. You will view the first version of your original email. Click on the version 1 email to preview it on the right side.

  4. If you prefer this version, then click ‘insert’ to insert version 1 in the email editor.

  5. If you’d like to copy this version and have it separately in your document, then click ‘copy’ and paste it into your document.

  6. Or if you’d like to have more options, then click on ‘generate new version’ to generate the next version of your original email.

  7. This way, you can iterate till you get the best email version that you prefer to send to your audience.

Note: AI Writing Assistant is available only in the Pro plan.
