This article explains how to view phone call insights.
Call insights:
Call insights are depicted as a bar graph that ranges between the number of calls made and dates. In this graph, you can view all the calls with different kinds of outcomes such as -
Connected
not logged
Disconnected
Left voicemail
Busy
No answer
Wrong number
Gatekeeper
These metrics are represented as small icons with different colors on the top right side of the graph. You can click on these icons to exclude particular metrics.
For example, if you want to view the number of calls connected, you should click on the other metric icons to exclude them. Read through the article for a better understanding of how to view these metrics.
Click on the ‘calls’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.
Click on ‘analytics’ available on the horizontal bar.
You will notice the bar graph depicting the number of calls connected, not logged, disconnected, left voicemail, busy, no answer, wrong number, and gatekeeper on specific dates.
You can choose metrics on the top right to get your desired results.
Hover over the color bars on the graph to get the exact values of the metrics.
You can use the filters custom, today, yesterday, 7 days, and 30 days to view exact data on specific dates.
To view calls data specific to a team member, click on the ‘everyone’ drop-down available before the date filters on the top. Choose the required team member.
If you are the admin, scroll down to view team level calls analytics based on call outcomes.
