This article explains how to download call recordings.
Downloading calls -
Every recorded call in Salesgear is saved in the ‘calls’ overview section. To get an offline copy of your audio files, you can easily download them. Here’s how you do it -
Navigate to ‘calls’ from the vertical side navigation bar.
In the overview tab of the ‘calls’ page, you will find the list of contacts that you called.
Play the audio file that you’d like to download.
In the audio player, click on the ‘more options’ (three dotted) button.
Here, you will find two options.
Click ‘download’. The recording will be downloaded automatically. You can access it in your system’s local folder.
