How to schedule a call automatically using triggers?
Click on the ‘settings’ icon in the vertical navigation bar.
Scroll down to ‘account settings’ on the left to locate ‘triggers’.
Click on the ‘add trigger’ button in the top right corner.
Name your trigger.
Choose the “replied by the contact” trigger.
Select the action “create a task”. A popup with different tasks will appear.
Click on ‘phone call’ (the phone-like icon) in the top right corner of the popup.
Choose the number of days after which you want to schedule the phone call.
Enter details related to the call, if you have any.
Click ‘save’.
Your trigger will be saved, and a phone call will be scheduled on the day that you mentioned.
