What can you achieve by integrating Zoho CRM and Salesgear?

Zoho CRM and Salesgear together give the opportunity to sync contacts and leads in Zoho to a sequence in Salesgear without leaving your CRM. You can either sync them individually or in bulk.

How can these two systems be integrated?

How to add leads/ contacts in Zoho to Salesgear individually?

  1. Go to https://accounts.zoho.com/signin and enter your credentials to log into your account.

  2. In the Zoho CRM, go to leads or contacts, based on which ones you want to import.

  3. Click on the specific lead/ contact.

  4. On the lead/ contact page, click on the ‘add to sequence’ button with the Salesgear logo available on the top.

  5. A pop-up with sequence folders and sequences that you have in your Salesgear account will appear.

  6. Choose the sequence to which you want to add the contact.

  7. All the fields will be mapped automatically. Although if there are any missing ones, you can enter them in the pop-up that appears.

  8. A message will appear indicating that the contact was successfully added to the sequence.

  9. If the contact is already present in the sequence, you will see a pop-up with the message ‘contact already present in the sequence’.


How to add leads/ contacts in Zoho to Salesgear in bulk?

  1. Go to https://accounts.zoho.com/signin and enter your credentials to log into your account.

  2. In the Zoho CRM, go to leads or contacts, based on which ones you want to import.

  3. Select the leads/ contacts using the check box available to the left of the lead/ contact’s name. If you want to select all of them, click on the check box on the top.

  4. Once you select the leads/ contacts, click on the ‘add to sequence’ button with the Salesgear logo.

  5. A pop-up with sequence folders and sequences that you have in your Salesgear account will appear.

  6. Choose the sequence to which you want to add the contacts/ leads.

  7. All the fields will be mapped automatically. Although if there are any missing ones, you will have to enter them in the pop-up that appears.

  8. A message will appear indicating that the contact was successfully added to the sequence.

  9. If the contact is already present in the sequence, you will see a pop-up with the message ‘contact already present in the sequence’.

Note: CRM integrations are available only in the pro plan.
