Configure Custom Fields for Personalization

Custom fields allow you to personalize emails beyond default variables like first name or company.

Salesgear already supports standard fields such as:

  • Name, title, company

  • Industry, location

  • Phone and mobile number

You can add your own custom fields to support deeper personalization.


How to add custom fields

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Custom Fields

  3. Enter the custom field label

  4. Click Save changes

Once added, these fields automatically appear in the email editor under Insert variables.


Note: If a custom field is used in a sequence, it must not be empty when uploading contacts.
