This article explains how to include an unsubscribe link in your emails sent through Salesgear.

An overview of unsubscribe link:

An unsubscribe link is a way through which your contacts can opt themselves out of the mailing list. This means that the unsubscribed contact will not receive any more emails from you. It is generally placed in the email footer.

Here’s how you include an unsubscribe link in your emails -

  1. Go to ‘settings’ by selecting the gear-shaped icon in the vertical side menu bar.

  2. Click on ‘unsubscribe’ from the list of settings options available on the left.

  3. You will notice an unsubscribe link already included. If you want to, you can change the text to be displayed in your emails.

  4. You can change the font, font color, font size, make it bold, italic, and align left, right, center, and justified, based on your preferences.

  5. Tick the check box to add an unsubscribe option in your sequence emails.

  6. Click ‘save changes’.

  7. This will include the link in the footer of all your emails sent via Salesgear.
