An unsubscribe link allows recipients to opt out of future emails sent from Salesgear. This helps you stay compliant, maintain deliverability, and respect recipient preferences.
When enabled, the unsubscribe link is added to the footer of all sequence emails.
Why this is important
Prevents sending emails to uninterested contacts
Helps maintain healthy sender reputation
Automatically updates contact status when someone unsubscribes
How to configure the unsubscribe link
Go to Settings.
Select Unsubscribe from the settings menu.
You’ll see a default unsubscribe link already added.
Customize the link text if needed:
Change font, size, color
Apply bold or italics
Adjust alignment
Enable the checkbox to include the unsubscribe link in sequence emails.
Click Save changes.
Once enabled, the unsubscribe link is included in the footer of all emails sent via Salesgear.
What happens when a contact unsubscribes
The contact is automatically opted out
They will not receive further emails from you via Salesgear
