This article explains how to view email and sequence insights.

Email insights:

Email insights are depicted as a bar graph that ranges between the number of emails and dates. You can view emails sent, opens, clicks, replies, and email bounces on this graph.

These metrics are represented as small icons with different colors on the top right side of the graph. You can click on these icons to exclude particular metrics.

For example, if you want to view the number of emails sent, you should click on the other metric icons - opens, clicks, replies, and email bounces to exclude them. Read through the article for a better understanding of how to view these metrics.

  1. Click on the ‘reports’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.

  2. Click on ‘insights’ available on the horizontal bar.

  3. You will notice the bar graph depicting the number of emails sent, opened, clicked, replied to and bounced on specific dates.

  4. You can choose metrics on the top right to get your desired results.

  5. Hover over the color bars on the graph to get the exact values of the metrics.

  6. You can use the filters custom, today, yesterday, 7 days, and 30 days to view data on specific dates.

Sequence insights:

Sequence insights provide data specific to sequences on particular date ranges. This section has a list of sequences with the number of -

  • Contacts added

  • Emails sent

  • Opens

  • Clicks

  • Replies

  • Bounces

  • LinkedIn & custom tasks

How to view sequence insights?

  1. Click on the ‘reports’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.

  2. Click on ‘insights’ available on the horizontal bar.

  3. Scroll down to find ‘sequence insights’.

  4. Select the date range on the top right based on your requirements.

  5. You will find all the sequences and their related parameters (mentioned earlier) on the chosen date range.
