What data does the reports’ summary provide?
Reports are a way to measure the effectiveness of your work and the value that you provide to your prospects/ customers.
They provide you with the right data to arrive at a definite strategy to make well-informed decisions.
In the reports’ summary section of Salesgear, you can view reports of your team members on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis. You can also choose a custom date range to view your metrics on specific dates. You will find the following metrics for each of the team members in the reports’ summary -
Number of contacts added
Number of emails sent
Number of replies received
Number of calls made
Number of calls connected
Number of LinkedIn tasks
Number of custom tasks completed
To view the reports’ summary -
Navigate to 'Reports'.
You will land on the summary section of reports.
Here, you can view all the parameters mentioned previously for every team member on your Salesgear account.
You can use the filters custom, today, yesterday, 7 days, and 30 days available in the top right to view data on specific dates.
To view data of specific teammates or teams - click on 'Everyone'.
You will find a drop-down where you can select members/ teams. Choose the applicable filters to view the data.
