The Inbox is where all communication activity in Salesgear is recorded—across email and LinkedIn.
It gives you a single place to:
View sent and received emails
Track email and LinkedIn engagement
Reply to conversations
Filter activity across users, sequences, and channels
If an email or LinkedIn action happens in Salesgear, it appears here.
What shows up in the Inbox
The Inbox automatically categorizes activity so you can quickly understand what’s happening at every stage.

Viewing conversations and replying
You can open any email or LinkedIn item in the Inbox to view the full conversation history with that contact.
Replying to emails from the Inbox
All users can reply directly from the Inbox.
Non-admin users can:
Reply using their own connected email address
Reply as the admin inbox, if permitted
Replies sent from the Inbox are automatically logged and stay connected to the contact, sequence, and owner.
Using filters to find activity
As activity scales, filters help you quickly narrow down what you’re looking for.
You can filter Inbox activity by:
Contact owner
Channel (Email or LinkedIn)
From address
To address
Sequence
Email type (Manual or Automated)
Date range
Tags
Contact lists
Filters can be combined to answer questions like:
Which replies came in this week?
Which emails bounced from a specific sender?
Which LinkedIn requests were accepted for a particular list?
