Intent of the article:
The purpose of this article is to illustrate how to edit a task in Salesgear.
Editing tasks:
You can make modifications to a task’s due date & time and its description based on your requirements. This helps you stay updated and execute the tasks at the right time.
How to edit tasks?
- Click on the ‘tasks’ icon in the vertical side menu bar. You will see the list of tasks created on this page. 
- Click on the ‘more options’ icon (three vertical dots) against the task that you want to edit. 
- Choose ‘edit’ from the drop-down menu. You will notice a pop-up with the current details of the task. 
- To change the task date and time, click on the drop-down in the ‘due on’ field available in the top left of the pop-up. 
- To update the task description, click on the ‘notes’ field, type the required information, and click ‘update task’. 
- The task will be updated successfully. 
Note: You can only make changes to the date, time, and information related to a task. You cannot modify the contact’s email address.
