Create Tasks in Salesgear

Tasks help you stay on top of follow-ups and daily outreach without losing context.

In Salesgear, tasks act as simple reminders—so you engage the right contact at the right time. They can exist independently or alongside sequences, all managed from the Tasks section.

This article walks through how to create tasks directly from the Tasks page.


➕ Creating a task

  1. Open Tasks from the left navigation.

  2. Click Add task in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose the type of task you want to create -

    1. Manual email

    2. Manual LinkedIn task

      1. view profile

      2. send connection request

      3. send message

      4. interact with a post

  4. Add the prospect's email address and due date to execute the task

  5. Enter notes if you want to and save.
