This action lets you push contacts from Salesgear into Salesforce without manual CSV imports.

Why this is useful:

  • Keeps CRM and outbound data in sync

  • Prevents duplicate data entry

  • Preserves engagement context when syncing

You can choose whether the contact appears in Salesforce as:

  • A Lead

  • A Contact

What gets synced

  • Contact details

  • Associated metadata

  • Ownership (based on integration rules)

Step-by-step: Add contacts to Salesforce

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Select one or more contacts

  3. Click More Options (⋮)

  4. Choose Add to Salesforce

  5. Select Lead or Contact

  6. Click Submit
