Tasks help you execute manual actions like:

  • Sending a one-off email

  • Performing a LinkedIn action

  • Following up after a call

  • Internal reminders

Creating tasks from the Contacts section is best when:

  • You want to act on a specific set of contacts

  • The task is not part of a sequence

  • You want full control over timing and execution

How tasks behave

  • Tasks are created per contact

  • They appear in the Tasks section

  • Completion/skips are logged in the contact timeline

Step-by-step: Create tasks from contacts

  1. Go to Contacts

  2. Select one or more contacts

  3. Click the Create Task icon

  4. Choose the task type:

    • Manual Email

    • Call

    • LinkedIn actions (view profile, connect, message, etc.)

  5. Fill in task details

  6. Click Create Task
