Outreach begins once you add the contact to a sequence.
Adding contacts to sequences directly from the Contacts section is ideal when:
You’ve just imported or filtered a list
You want to enroll contacts in bulk
You want precise control before launching outreach
What happens after contacts are added
Contacts enter the selected sequence immediately
Sequence timing, inbox assignment, and schedule rules apply
All future engagement is tracked in the contact timeline
Step-by-step: Add contacts to a sequence
Go to Contacts
Select one or more contacts using checkboxes
Click the Add to Sequence icon (paper-plane)
Choose a sequence and click Add to Sequence
