Deleting removes the contact permanently from Salesgear. This is best when:
The contact was imported incorrectly
You need to remove data fully (cleanup)
The record is a duplicate and you don’t want it stored
Important behavior
Deletion is irreversible
Contact data and associated record references are removed

Go to Contacts
Click Options (⋮) on the contact
Choose Delete
