This article explains how to opt contacts out in Salesgear.
Opting out contacts:
You can choose to opt contacts out if they don’t want to receive any emails or calls as a part of your scheduled sequence.
How to opt out a contact?
Click on the ‘contacts’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.
Click on the ‘more options’ icon (three vertical dots) against the contact you want to opt-out for.
You will be prompted for confirmation.
Once confirmed, the contact will be opted out.
Notes:
You cannot make calls to the opted-out contacts.
Opting a contact out is not equivalent to deleting a contact. Once you opt a contact out, they are stopped from being contacted. But when you delete a contact, they are permanently removed from Salesgear. Check out this article to learn more about deleting a contact.
