Using a template in sequences - An overview:
Email templates are created to scale the levels of personalization. Sending them to the exact target audience at the right time has a lot to do with how fast you book meetings and close deals.
Read ahead to find how to use a template in a sequence.
Steps:
Click on the ‘sequences’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.
Click on the sequence in which you want to include your templates. If you would like to create a new sequence, please check out this article for detailed instructions.
Click on the blue-colored ‘add stage’ button in the top right corner.
You can select either auto-email or manual email from the drop-down menu because you can use your templates in any of these two options.
Click on the text that’s in the color blue saying ‘no template selected’. You will find this right next to the email subject.
Choose a template from the drop-down menu.
The selected template will be imported automatically, for which the preview is available on the right side.
Click ‘save’.
You have successfully imported a template to the sequence.
