Sharing email templates ensures consistency in messaging across your team and enhances collaboration. You can gather feedback, refine messaging, and maintain transparency in your email outreach.
👉 How to Share an Email Template
Go to the Templates section.
Click the More Options button (⋮) next to the template you want to share.
Select Edit.
Choose a Sharing Option:
Sharing Option | Access Level |
Private | Only you (the admin) can access this template. |
Shared (Read-Only) | The entire team can view the template, but only you can edit it. |
Shared (Read & Write) | Everyone on the team can view and edit the template. |
5. If needed, update the template name.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
The templates you share with your team will be automatically added to the ‘Shared templates’ folder.
