How to create a new folder in the sequences section?

This article explains how to create folders for sequences.

Why do you need folders?

Folders are a way to keep all your sequences organized. ‘Shared sequences’ is a default folder that you’ll notice in Salesgear. All the sequences that you share with your team are grouped in this folder.

You can also create your folders manually to keep your sequences’ section organized. For example, you can create a folder to group the sequences that target a similar audience. Check out the following part to know how to create folders.

Steps to create a folder in the sequences’ section:

  1. Click on the ‘sequences’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.

  2. Click on the blue-colored ‘add new’ in the top right corner.

  3. Choose ‘new folder’ from the drop-down menu.

  4. You will notice a new folder created on the left side.

  5. Give a name to your new folder and press enter.

  6. Now you can create new sequences in this folder. Check this article to see how to create new sequences.

Note: As your company scales, you will come across different personas and use cases, leaving you to create specific and targeted sequences. Therefore, it is a great idea to use folders to keep things organized.
