👉 How to View Sequence Analytics
Navigate to Sequences and select the sequence you want to analyze.
Click on the Analytics tab.
You’ll see a breakdown of contact engagement and email performance metrics.
📌 Contact Engagement Metrics
These metrics show how contacts are interacting with your sequence.
Metric | Description |
Total Contacts | The total number of contacts in the sequence. |
Pending | Contacts that haven’t started the sequence yet. |
Ongoing | Contacts currently active in the sequence. |
Completed | Contacts that have finished the sequence. |
Replied | Number of contacts who have replied to any email in the sequence. |
Paused | Contacts for whom the sequence has been paused. |
Bounced | Contacts with invalid or duplicate emails that couldn’t receive messages. |
Opted Out | Contacts who have unsubscribed from the sequence. |
Failed | Contacts that encountered errors and couldn’t proceed in the sequence. |
Meetings Booked | Number of contacts who scheduled a meeting through your emails. |
