š How to View Sequence Analytics
Navigate to Sequences and select the sequence you want to analyze.
Click on the Analytics tab.
Youāll see a breakdown of contact engagement and email performance metrics.
š Contact Engagement Metrics
These metrics show how contacts are interacting with your sequence.
Metric | Description |
Total Contacts | The total number of contacts in the sequence. |
Pending | Contacts that havenāt started the sequence yet. |
Ongoing | Contacts currently active in the sequence. |
Completed | Contacts that have finished the sequence. |
Replied | Number of contacts who have replied to any email in the sequence. |
Paused | Contacts for whom the sequence has been paused. |
Bounced | Contacts with invalid or duplicate emails that couldnāt receive messages. |
Opted Out | Contacts who have unsubscribed from the sequence. |
Failed | Contacts that encountered errors and couldnāt proceed in the sequence. |
Meetings Booked | Number of contacts who scheduled a meeting through your emails. |

Emails Sent | Total number of emails sent in this sequence. |
Open Rate | Percentage of emails that were opened. |
Click Rate | Percentage of contacts who clicked a link in your email. |
Reply Rate | Percentage of contacts who responded to your email. |
