Why should you consider sequence analytics?
Sequence analytics in Salesgear shows the stats on your sequence performance, emails’ response rates, and specific metrics of the contacts in a sequence.
The metrics that you measure here will provide invaluable insights into maximizing the number of deals that you close.
An overview of how to view the analytics of a particular sequence:
Click on the ‘sequences’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.
Choose the sequence for which you want to view the analytics.
Go to the ‘analytics’ tab available in the horizontal menu.
Now you will view the following data:
Category | Name of the metric | Description |
Contacts | Total | This shows the total number of contacts in the sequence |
| Pending | This shows the number of contacts that are yet to start the sequence |
| Ongoing | This metric gives the number of contacts that are active in the sequence |
| Completed | This is the number of contacts that finished the sequence |
| Replied | This shows the number of contacts that replied to you at a particular stage of the sequence |
| Paused | This metric gives the number of contacts for which you paused the sequence |
| Bounced | This is the number of contacts that didn’t receive your emails |
| Opted out | This displays the number of contacts that opted out of the sequence |
Emails | Emails sent | This displays the number of emails sent in the particular sequence |
| Open rate | This metric measures the percentage rate at which your emails are opened |
| Click rate | This measures the percentage of contacts that clicks a link within your emails |
| Reply rate | This displays the percentage rate at which your contacts are responding to you |
