Adding Contacts to a Sequence

There are multiple ways to add contacts to a sequence:

  • From another sequence

  • From the Contacts section

  • From a CRM

  • Using the LinkedIn Chrome Extension

👉 This article explains how to add multiple contacts within a sequence.

  1. Go to Sequences.

  2. Select the sequence where you want to add contacts.

  3. Click the ‘Add Contacts’ button in the top-right corner.

  4. Choose ‘Multiple’ from the dropdown menu.

  5. Drag and drop or upload a CSV/Excel file containing the contacts.

  6. Preview the list and ensure CSV headers are correctly mapped to contact fields.

  7. Click ‘Upload Contacts’.

  8. you can:

    • Add a tag to the contacts.

    • Or click ‘Continue Without Adding Tag’ to skip this step.

📌 Note: Make sure your contact file is formatted correctly to avoid upload errors.
