This article explains the steps to delete a stage in a sequence.
Purpose of deleting a stage:
The purpose of the feature is to remove an unwanted/ unnecessary stage from the sequence.
Steps to delete a stage in a sequence:
Click on the ‘sequences’ icon in the vertical side menu bar.
Select the sequence you want to modify.
Click on the ‘more options’ icon (three vertical dots) against the stage that you want to delete.
Choose ‘delete’ from the drop-down menu.
You will be prompted for confirmation.
Once you confirm, the stage will be deleted.
Points to remember:
It is not advisable to delete stages once you have added your contacts & the sequence is in progress.
Deleting a stage off the sequence is a permanent change.
