Shared sequences keep everyone aligned with the sales workflow, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and consolidated analytics.
This way, your team follows the same process, stays informed, and works more productively—all leading to more booked meetings.
👉How to Share a Sequence
Go to Sequences.
Find the sequence you want to share and click the ‘More Options’ icon (three vertical dots).
Select ‘Edit’.
Choose how you want to share it:
Sharing Option | What It Means |
Private | Only you (the admin) can access this sequence. |
Shared (Read-Only) | The whole team can see it, but only you can make changes. |
Shared (Read & Write) | Everyone on the team can view and edit the sequence—this includes adding, moving, or deleting steps and updating content. |
5. Click ‘Save’
You can find all shared sequences in the ‘Shared Sequences’ folder under the Sequences tab.
📌 Note: By default, new sequences are set to Private. If you want to share one with your team, just update the settings manually.
