Inviting teammates allows you to collaborate on sequences, contacts, and outreach while maintaining clear permissions and ownership.
User roles
Admin
Can invite users, manage settings, and access account-wide dataUser
Can work with sequences and contacts based on assigned permissions
Inviting a teammate
Go to Settings → Users & Teams.
Open the Users tab.
Click Add user.
Enter the user’s:
First name
Last name
Email address
Job title
Role (Admin or User)
Click Add user.
Salesgear sends an invite email automatically.
Manage invitations
Edit user details
Click the three-dot menu → EditResend invite
Use Resend invite if the user didn’t receive the emailCancel invite
Use Cancel invite to revoke a pending invitation
Points to remember
Only admins can invite teammates
You can’t invite users who already own a Salesgear team plan
Multiple admins are allowed per account
Users can be given read-only or read-write access to sequences and templates
Free plans allow up to 5 users
