Invite Teammates to Salesgear

Inviting teammates allows you to collaborate on sequences, contacts, and outreach while maintaining clear permissions and ownership.


User roles

  • Admin
    Can invite users, manage settings, and access account-wide data

  • User
    Can work with sequences and contacts based on assigned permissions


Inviting a teammate

  1. Go to Settings → Users & Teams.

  2. Open the Users tab.

  3. Click Add user.

  4. Enter the user’s:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Job title

    • Role (Admin or User)

  5. Click Add user.

Salesgear sends an invite email automatically.


Manage invitations

  • Edit user details
    Click the three-dot menu → Edit

  • Resend invite
    Use Resend invite if the user didn’t receive the email

  • Cancel invite
    Use Cancel invite to revoke a pending invitation


Points to remember

  • Only admins can invite teammates

  • You can’t invite users who already own a Salesgear team plan

  • Multiple admins are allowed per account

  • Users can be given read-only or read-write access to sequences and templates

  • Free plans allow up to 5 users
