Salesgear now shows the entire email conversation thread when you reply to a contact — similar to how Gmail displays quoted replies.
Instead of seeing only the latest message, you’ll now see:
The full email history
Previous replies, forwards, and context
Sender, recipients, timestamps, and quoted content
This makes replying clearer, safer, and more natural — especially when conversations span multiple back-and-forths.
Why this matters
Email conversations rarely happen in isolation. Without context, it’s easy to:
Ask questions that were already answered
Miss earlier objections or requirements
Reply with the wrong tone or assumption
By showing the full thread:
You always know what was said before
You can reply in context, not guesswork
Conversations feel continuous and professional, not fragmented
This is especially useful when:
Multiple teammates engage the same contact
Replies come days later
Long threads involve pricing, objections, or follow-ups
What you’ll see when replying
When you click Reply, Reply All, or Forward from Salesgear:
The email editor opens with:
The latest reply at the top
Quoted previous messages below, just like Gmail
Each message includes:
Sender and recipients
Date and time
Original message content
You don’t need to expand or toggle anything — the context is visible by default.
How to reply using the full thread
Go to Contacts
Open the contact you want to reply to
Click View activity to open the contact timeline
Select the email you want to respond to
Click Reply, Reply All, or Forward
The email editor opens with the full conversation thread
