When you reply to a contact, Salesgear shows the full email conversation history — not just the latest message — similar to how Gmail displays quoted replies.

Click Reply, Reply All, or Forward and the editor opens with the latest reply on top and previous messages quoted below, each showing sender, recipients, date/time, and content. No need to expand or toggle anything.

Go to Contacts and open the contact.

Click View Activity to open the contact timeline.

Select the email, then click Reply, Reply All, or Forward.

Type your response and click Send.
