LinkedIn Reports help you track how your team is engaging with prospects on LinkedIn across connection requests, messages, profile views, and Sales Navigator activity.

These reports are available at both:

  • User level (individual performance)

  • Team level (combined activity)

They’re designed to give clear visibility into LinkedIn outreach volume and engagement over time.

What metrics are included in LinkedIn Reports?

LinkedIn Reports cover three main areas:

Connections

Track how connection requests are performing:

  • Connection requests sent

  • Connection requests accepted

These metrics help you understand outreach volume and acceptance trends.

Messages

Monitor LinkedIn conversations:

  • LinkedIn messages sent

  • LinkedIn messages received

This shows how often prospects are responding to your outreach on LinkedIn.

Profile views

  • LinkedIn profile views

Profile views help indicate passive engagement and visibility during LinkedIn outreach.

Sales Navigator metrics

If you’re using LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Salesgear, additional metrics are available:

  • InMails sent

  • Total imports

  • Contacts imported

These metrics help you track Sales Navigator usage and list-building activity.

  1. Go to Reports and switch to Reports 2.0.

  2. Select LinkedIn.

  3. You'll see pie charts depicting various metrics like connections sent, accepted, profile views, messages sent, received, etc.

Filtering LinkedIn Reports

All LinkedIn metrics can be filtered using the same date options available across Reports:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • Custom date range

You can combine date filters with user or team selection to review specific performance windows.
