In this guide, we’ll walk you through creating a multi-channel sequence.
👉 Step 1: Create a New Sequence
Go to the Sequences Tab.
Click Add New → New Sequence.
There are three ways to create a new sequence. You can-
Build from scratch using “Create New.”
Use a pre-built template.
Let AI craft an automated sequence for you.
Name Your Sequence: Enter a name for your sequence and click “Create Sequence.”
👉 Step 2: Add Steps to Your Sequence
Click Add Step to begin.
Choose a Channel: Select from emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, or custom tasks.
Here’s a quick example: Adding an Automated Email as Step 1:
Choose “Automated Email.”
Write your email and subject line.
Click “Save.”
To add more steps:
Click “Add Step” and select another channel.
Example: Add a LinkedIn message as Step 2, set it to send 3 days after no response.
Type your message and click Save.
Keep adding steps across channels to complete your sequence.
