Step 1: Create a new sequence
Go to the Sequences tab
Click Add New → New Sequence
Choose how you want to build:
Create from scratch
Use a pre-built template
Let AI generate a sequence
Name your sequence and click Create Sequence
Step 2: Add steps across channels
Click Add Step
Choose a channel:
Automated email
LinkedIn message
Call
Manual task
Example flow:
