Create Your First Multi-Channel Sequence

Sequences are where Salesgear brings email, LinkedIn, calls, and tasks together into a single, automated workflow.

This guide helps you build your first one step by step.


Step 1: Create a new sequence

  1. Go to the Sequences tab

  2. Click Add New → New Sequence

  3. Choose how you want to build:

    • Create from scratch

    • Use a pre-built template

    • Let AI generate a sequence

  4. Name your sequence and click Create Sequence


Step 2: Add steps across channels

  1. Click Add Step

  2. Choose a channel:

    • Automated email

    • LinkedIn message

    • Call

    • Manual task

Example flow:

  • Step 1: Automated email

  • Step 2: LinkedIn message (send after 3 days if no reply)

  • Step 3: Follow-up email

Each step can be timed, personalized, and customized.
